Knowing Your Audience -- Blog #1

Understanding and knowing an audience is extremely crucial because it guides the speaker themselves to properly prepare, make those connections while being more simple presenting, and of course accomplishing the main objective/goal of the presentation. Learning the level of understanding in the crowd would successfully benefit a company’s business simply by developing a crafty & strategic tempo… knowing what best ways to engage/interact with audiences while persuading!

Tone is vital because this informs the speaker how enthusiastic they may want to be during the presentation. Which facilitates the speaker, giving speaker better ways to advertise and prepare while emphasizing that remembrance of an advanced idea being presented. “It's NOT always what you say, but IT IS always about how you say it?!”

The speaker should also know demographics of the audience because it assists the speaker with adapting positively towards their interest, attitudes, and beliefs! This benefits the speaker while preparing for this very important note to listeners by easily helping determine what specific information to include in the speech, how to catch the listeners attention, as well as how to present the idea most efficiently.

All these factors benefit and create off the existence of one another by, ultimately, green lighting and positively impacting a businesses service or message being delivered during the speech… It’s all organized strategy, very well oriented, and impactful ways for a business to successfully advertise the new topic or idea!
